What do I need to run OFFSET?
An iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. Depth effects also need a TrueDepth front camera. Zoom levels, manual focus and output quality depend on your device and the active camera.
The camera or microphone won't work.
You may have denied access. Open iOS Settings, find OFFSET, and turn on Camera and Microphone. Settings → Privacy & Help inside the app has a shortcut.
A photo or video didn't save.
OFFSET saves to Photos using add-only permission. Check that it is allowed in iOS Settings and that your device has free storage, then open Captures and retry. Captures are held for the current session only, so retry before closing the app.
Why is there a watermark?
Saved and shared captures include the OFFSET logo. Open a capture to choose one of five placements before saving or sharing.
Why can't I select a depth effect?
Depth effects use the front TrueDepth camera. Devices without one show an explanation, and every other filter still works.
Does OFFSET upload my photos?
No. Everything is processed on your device. Read the privacy policy.
